Spent a couple hours fitting a MC18 radiator on my Tzr250.
It's a tight fit on stock ferings but doable. 
Hose routing might be a little bit tricky but no problems with a few spare water hoses on hand.
Comparing the two radiators, the mc18 handles more water, has bigger dimensions and a thicker core.
