Crm250 AR PGM units

Rc Valve issues on AR PGM units are not easy to repair but not impossible. Two more units ready to get back to Karl(UK) and Sunny(MT).

Happy New Year to all!

Happy New Year to all.  First post for 2025 with photos from Sam's(UK) Crm250.

Battery Eliminator

James(UK) asked for a Battery Eliminator for his Crm250 bike and even though I've stopped making them a couple years back, I thought of making another bunch.  If you need one please message me for orders.  P.S The BEs will come with ring terminals for M6 screws. If you need another type of connectors please send me details and I'll do it for you. Thanks. Nick

2t-Racelab Stickers #14

Sam(UK) had an issue with the RC Valve section of his Crm250 AR PGM unit but it's now a thing of the past.  Thanks for the photo Sam!

Repaired Crm250 MK2 PGM unit that had Rc Valve issues, for Carroll(USA).

CR125 HPP, Altering the Exhaust Valve Timing

A recent modification on a '98-'99 Cr125 bike that alters the exhaust valve timing. A simple spacer made on the metal lathe that adds some preload on the governor spring hence retarding the engagement with the exhaust valve linkage. This mod can help for enduro use or with bigger carbs. I mostly followed the instructions from the below link though I made the spacer slightly thinner at 2mm thick. Mugen PGM for Honda Crm250 AR

Just a photo of a very rare Mugen PGM unit that belongs to Richard(UK). It had some Rc Valve issues but it is now repaired and posted back.

Trying to get my messy desk under control.

I have a lot of backordered expansion chambers and a lot of R&D left on a electronic gizmo that I'm working on. I'm trying my best, yet still, can't organize my schedule and keep up with the deadlines and I've left quite a few people disappointed. I'm currently fabricating some Battery Eliminators, modifying and repairing PGM and YPVS units for Marti(CY), Jason(MT), Yuri(IT), Antonio(SP) & Eddi(ZA).

Crm250 AR PGM unit

I think everything is starting to fall into place with AR PGM units and it seems like the repair of faulty units gets easier with time.  Thanks to the valuable help from Shaun(UK) aka Active Rascal from the Crm250 forum  on wiring colors and corresponding pins on PGM plugs, testing the unit after the repair is now super easy and leaves no doubts. Sadly, prior this info I had my first failure on a AR unit about a month back though I'm waiting it to be sent back and hopefully repair for sure this time...  The below unit belongs to Derek(UK), repaired and already posted.   Thanks to all 2strokers that trust my services.

Crm250 Mark II PGM
